We are a team of beauty industry professionals who banded together to form a resource company for salons, spas, and specialty retailers. We operate creatively and logically and have adapted to the needs of today's professionals and consumer demands. By nature we are rebellious and are 'break aways' from what has become standard service from product manufacturers and distributors in America. With over fifty five years of collective experience, we are eager to share our experiences with you and together chart a new and successful course for the years to come.

What motivated us to form the MoB?
Opportunity and timing. With our combined experience, we feel that this could not be a better time to open and launch the MoB business model. Based in Florida with a strong economy, we have sourced a unique mix of brands and have resources with the future in mind. Each product has met or surpassed our very strict criteria policy which addresses the environment, our health, sourcing and manufacturing ethics, and performance.
This coupled with our connection to the very best independent artists in the world, who believe in us, we know that now is the time!

Our Story
Joining the beauty industry in 1993 in southern California, I spent 16 great years with Davines developing their N. American distributor market. Branching out from there, I begin pioneering new brands throughout N. America and then taking US companies abroad, setting up global distribution networks. Traveling afforded me the ability to work with iconic salon teams and with some of the industry's greatest legends; Vidal Sassoon, Trevor Sorbie, Vivian Mackinder, Tim Hartley, and Serge Normant. These invaluable experiences showed me ways to develop and evolve my role as a creative business leader when associating with artists, hairdressers, and brands worldwide.
Coming into the industry from the world of advertising and marketing, I was eager to learn the beauty business from back to front. As confidence grew I wanted to aim high and I began building relationships with the most prestigious salons and spas in Los Angeles. Working with young brands gave me the opportunity to blaze new trails and begin working throughout the USA and western Canada. During my career, I have been fortunate to work with some wonderful new companies who became super stars on the global scale; Ole Hendriksen, Davines, and Kevin Murphy to name a few. I honor and thank all those who believed in me enough to show me the ropes and for the friendships that have endured the test of time.
